We offer delivery to mainland France, the French overseas territories, and internationally, provided the client’s location is eligible for our shipping services.

Yes, you can have your order delivered to the address of your choice.

Simply enter the preferred shipping address when placing your order online.

Once your order is confirmed and paid, you will receive a tracking number by email.

This number will allow you to follow the delivery status of your parcel in real time.

If your order has not been delivered within 30 days of the estimated delivery date (except in cases of force majeure), you may request to cancel the sale in writing.

In that case, all amounts paid will be fully refunded within 14 days of your request, in accordance with Articles L216-2, L216-3, and L241-4 of the French Consumer Code.

You have a legal right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order. Returned items must be in their original condition, complete (including packaging,

accessories, instructions...), and accompanied by the purchase invoice, in order to be

resold as new.
