If your order has not been delivered within 30 days of the estimated delivery date (except in cases of force majeure), you may request to cancel the sale in writing.
In that case, all amounts paid will be fully refunded within 14 days of your request, in accordance with Articles L216-2, L216-3, and L241-4 of the French Consumer Code.

You have a legal right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order. Returned items must be in their original condition, complete (including packaging,
accessories, instructions...), and accompanied by the purchase invoice, in order to be
resold as new.
📦 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. ❌ Damaged, used, or incomplete products will not be refunded or exchanged.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned items, via bank transfer, credit card, or store credit, depending on your original payment method.
